The Space:
Perfect for Large Groups
Designed with groups in mind, this 4,800-square-foot lodge offers ample space on two levels, allowing you to enjoy both togetherness and privacy. Lounge by the in-ground heated pool (open May - October), unwind in the hot tub year-round, or engage in family games.

LIVING SPACE
The Main Floor features an open floor concept between the living room and kitchen. The living room has built in shelves loaded with books and games as well as a big screen smart TV. The kitchen is stocked with a multitude of cookware/bake ware, cutlery, and serving dish essentials to prepare meals for your group. The Coffee Bar has a Keurig, coffee maker, French Press, Tea Pot and coffee grinder (please bring your own coffee or tea). Up to 12 people can be seated at the dining room table. There is also a small table for children, a high chair and booster chair in the dining room. A high table with 4 chairs is located between the kitchen and living room to provide additional seating. A second refrigerator is in the garage for your use.

A bright sunroom located near the living room offers an additional cozy space for enjoying morning coffee or afternoon drinks and a panoramic view of the back patio and yard, pool, and surrounding fields.

An extra large second floor recreation room has a 75" smart TV, regulation size pool table, foosball, board game table and sofa that can be made into a queen bed. Two day beds with trundles (total of 4 twin beds) are also in the rec room.

Laundry room with two washers and dryers is located near the kitchen for your use.

SLEEPING SPACES
SECOND FLOOR (4 bedrooms, rec room with beds, and 3 full bathrooms):
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, private bathroom with shower and extra large soaking tub. A chair folds out to a twin size bed in the master suite. A crib with linens and a pack and play are in the large walk in closet.

Bedroom 2 has a king size bed and adjoins a full bath (tub/shower combo) that also connects to the hallway (to be shared with others)

Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each bedroom has two twin beds, and a full bathroom (tub/shower combo) is located next to these bedrooms.

Rec Room has two twin size day beds and trundle beds (total of 4 twin beds) and a queen size sleeper sofa. This sleeping space is considered shared space in the listing.

Two air mattresses (1 queen & 1 twin) and their linens are available and can be set up in multiple locations. They are found in the Rec Room closet.

MAIN FLOOR (1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom):
Bedroom 5: This bedroom, with a king size bed, TV, and desk, and is ideal for anyone who has limited ability in walking up steps or would like a workspace. There is a full bathroom (shower only) on the main floor, which is a short walk from this bedroom.

OUTDOORS SPACE
Grill your favorite foods on the gas grill, converse around the fire pit (firewood not supplied), and soak in the 6-person hot tub under the stars. Our 40 X 18 foot HEATED underground swimming pool is open May through mid October (weather dependent) and is enclosed by a fence with a locking gate. The pool is 8 feet at the deep end and 3.5 feet at the shallow end. There is no life guard on duty; swim at your own risk. Two sets of corn hole boards are provided for you, shoot some hoops in the pool or at the court in the driveway, and play ping-pong on the full size table in the garage.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire house except the basement and detached garage which is locked.

The Neighborhood:
Liberty Hill Lodge is located on 5 acres of open space and is surrounded by farmland. There is only one other house within view at the top of the hill behind the house. The Lodge is located 2 miles from downtown New Philadelphia, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Amish Country & Atwood Lake is 20 minutes away, and Pro Football Hall of Fame (Canton,OH) is 30 minutes drive.

There are a few local transportation companies if guests want to visit the local wineries and breweries or have a personalized Amish Country Tour. All of them must be booked well in advance.

All guests will be asked to sign a liability waiver upon check-in.
Guests will be required to complete an ID Verification in order to secure the reservation (Air BnB excluded).
Nightly rate listed includes up to 12 guests, each additional guest is $35/per person per night (includes anyone over 2 years old).
We utilize a security system with automatic smoke & carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. 2 exterior Security cameras with audio monitor and record activity in the parking area and driveway/pool area.
