The scent of fresh orchids and flowers were noticeable when entering the main lobby. We were greeted by the staff when we arrived. Check in was smooth. We got a complimentary executive room upgrade which has a private access to the car park. Our room was just at the looby giving us quick steps to the pool and gym, how cool!! The heated salted pool and spa were 5 stars!! Room service and amenities was average. Neat rooms and has complimentary tea and coffee, very basic toiletries. Check out was also a breeze. Will definitely recommend this to friends and family.

The property is centrally located to the CBD. Staff are super nice and the restaurant is great too. The pool looks great (didn't try it), but the gym is a little basic.

one dark night
the room had been designed for one king bed, but an extra bed had been installed and the light switched were now hidden behind the repositioned beds. A night light would have been handy for those who have to go to the toilet in the middle of the night.

My partner and I stayed in a Deluxe room. Very spacious and clean. The bed was a good ratio between soft and firm, lots of pillows making for a good nights sleep. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Also, the restaurant on site is amazing!
