City Living Apartment Two definitely has that wow factor. You will be greeted with an impressive mix of high end slick ultra modern design and luxurious finishes. Featuring a well equipped high end quality kitchen for all your cooking needs, a comfortable relaxed living area which opens beautifully to the outdoors where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms both with quality queen beds and lovely linen. High-end bathroom with a bath where you can relax after a day out exploring and soak, there is also a shower over the bath.

In the evening, relax in total comfortable, login to your Netflix's account, sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite movie.

Additional touches include Unlimited WiFi, heat pump, washing machine and dryer and two off street carparks, . Please note the driveway to the parking has a height restriction so is not suitable for campervans.

The perfect location to base yourself as you can explore many of New Plymouth's attractions on foot. Make sure you pop along to the Federal Store for great coffee and yummy brunch. In the afternoon or evening wander the award winning scenic coastal walkaway and have a swim at the popular East End of Fitzroy beaches.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Seems to tick all the boxes. Being under the shop was a little concerning but didn't notice anyone above or in the unit below. Quiet, clean! Very good, Very steep driveway, but easy enough to get in and out.

Wonderful property below kitchen bathroom store. It had some really neat fittings! The mirror in the bathroom was amazing. Only complaint is that it needs one more chair in the living area so all 4 guests can sit comfortably.
