Located in a quiet private cul de sac, featuring a large indoor heated swimming pool for all year round swimming and an indoor spa to soak after a busy day of adventures. This house offers plenty of space, open plan relaxed living with formal and casual dining areas, fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and a comfortable lounge where you can curl up with a good book.

Boasting two wings, the master bedroom is located at one end of the house with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom and easy access to the spa pool. The formal dining room also has a fold out sofa bed. Three additional bedrooms are located within the additional wing, the first bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, the next bedroom has two single beds and the final bedroom has a comfortable king single bed. There is also a large bathroom equipped with a bath and shower. Comfortably sleeping up to eight guests.

Additional features include Sheltered Gardens, Pet Friendly (please enquire) Unlimited Wifi, Plenty of Off Street Parking & Laundry Facilities. Please note, the pool and spa is maintained every Monday morning.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
