Impeccable customer service!
I have to bring my own food due to various reasons, and I hadn’t chosen a room with kitchen/reheating facilities. I made a comment in passing to the duty manager and whilst I was out she arranged a microwave to be taken to my room. Absolutely awesome customer service, I’ll definitely be back again!
