After travelling from Queenstown to Auckland and getting held up during the trip due to weather events this was the only place that was not communicative when I left a message. Essentially we paid full price for nothing. I appreciate there are terms and conditions in regards to refunds, but when 4 of 5 accomodation providers showed some flexibility it doesnt take much to provide poor feedback on the only one that didnt. Good Luck with your business.
