Located only a five minute drive and a fifteen minute walk to the CBD. A five minute walk to the popular Bowl of Brooklands and Pukekura Park. Enjoy the renowned Festival of Lights in Pukekura Park (runs mid Dec to the end of January) and the many concerts and festivals held at the Bowl of Brooklands fabulous natural amphitheater. Situated directly across the Street from the Welbourne Shops.

Stay at Saddle Row is nestled beautifully into the edge of the New Plymouth Racecourse surrounded by a picturesque garden in a quiet charming cul de sac. On arrival you will enjoy this sunny and relaxed holiday house, you will not want to leave! Boasting a fully equipped kitchen for all your holiday cooking needs, six seater dining table and two lounge areas where your family can spread out and have your own space. The main living area flows beautifully to a north facing alfresco dining area where you can cook a BBQ, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset while planning your next days adventures.

Three spacious bedrooms all with comfortable beds, the master bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. A large second bathroom features a bath and shower and there is also an additional toilet room. Extra features include Unlimited Wifi, laundry facilities and plenty of off street parking.

Directly across the road is one of the best bakeries in town. In the evening, enjoy fish n chip takeaways from the California or check out the New Style Kitchen for mouth watering Asian infused cuisine. Don't miss the chance to book this superb holiday house, you will not be disappointed.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details:

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
