Not The Best Experience
When we arrived. We were given a room and when we went to the room, it had not been cleaned, beds were still in disarray and it smelled. The front desk helped us and found us a different room - which is the only reason I gave 4 stars for service. The new room was clean but also freaked of perfume. It smelled like someone had broken a bottle or something it was so strong. We only needed to stay for a night in-between another stay so it fit our need but I don’t think I would stay here again.

We stayed in New Rochelle because we could not get an affordable room in Manhattan. We walked (6min) to New Rochelle station, and took MetroNorth into Grand Central (trains every 30 minutes, 30 minute ride). What a great trip! VERY comfortable and clean room with fantastic bed! We saved hundreds, and taking a train into the city was easier than driving in.

Hotel was great, parking expensive
The hotel was clean and comfortable. People who worked there were friendly and checked us in quickly. The breakfast was quite good for a hotel breakfast. The reason I gave 4 starts and not 5 is that when we checked in they told us to park in the lot next door and gave us a tag, but they did not mention that it was only valet parking and there would be a fee. I think when they give customers the parking tag, they should also share the expense up front.
