Overall great stay. Downside is the walls are thin. You can hear everything happening outside in the halls and downstairs while in your room

We liked the staff and clean, nice rooms. The only reason I have given the less than 5 star review is because there was no hot water, so instead of being ready for the day it was impossible to get ready for work. If I wanted to become a member of the polar bear club, I would have gone to Mohegan Lake for a dip.

Worst hotel experience ever
This hotel is creepy and gross. Everything is old and crusty, no fans in the tiny bathroom, stains on the tub. There are signs everywhere offering help to victims of human trafficking, which tells you a lot. The staff was snarky at best, and rude at worst. The beds were hard and lumpy, and the nightclub downstairs is incredibly loud and woke us up all night. Definitely not a place to stay with your family.

I didn't like the couple next to my room, love Maki very LOUD. Didn't get any sleep. I had to yell and tell them to CHILL with the noise. Air unit system kicks on and off very Loud like a bang. This wasn't my best trip.
