Muy apropiado para pasar unos días agradables en familia. Me gustaría volver en verano para acceder a la piscina que estaba cerrada por la temporada. Mi única observación es que el sofá cama deberían cambiarlo aunque no fue necesario usarlo, lo probamos y se siente muy incómodo.

The hotel is old & outdated. The room furniture needs to be replaced. It is worned and ooutdated.Lightning in the room was dim. The master bathroom need a stand or cabinet to place toiletries. The windows need to be washed on the outside. Last, the breakfast choices leaves a lot to be desired.

Requested low floor room-put on 8th of 10 floors. No toothbrush-could not find mine (just moved) and you did not have any?? Room just not comfortably set up and either the AC or the fridge alternated making noise all night

First room given had an odor. Second room the shower wasn’t clean and the drain was clogged. Something leaked from the ceiling onto the couch and my jackets. Gave them all a foul odor. The front desk was apologetic and responsive. But all the trouble put somewhat of a gray cloud on the trip.

Good location for New Rochelle
Location was good. I wouldn’t go out at night but it was continently located close to everything in town. Room was not dirty but not clean. Staff was very nice. Breakfast selection was good.
