Amazing Place!

Our stay at Mike & Judy's condo was great! The condo was so clean, organized, & well stocked. The view is amazing because the condo is right on the beach. It's on the no driving part of the beach, so it was very relaxing. The gift basket was a nice touch as well. We can't wait to stay here again.

Another great stay on our favorite part of the beach!

This was our second time staying here and we will be back because we love it so much! The condo is spacious, clean and comfortable. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the week. The welcome basket was a highlight for our kids and so thoughtful. We love this area and this condo is top notch!

Five Star Rated Condo - Welcome Basket for NSB

The condo was the cleanest, most nicely appointed beach condo we have ever stayed in. The owners/managers were incredibly helpful and communicative. In addition to the condo being so clean, there was a Welcome Basket with treats. Amenities included hand soaps in every bathroom, dishwashing liquid, extra towels, and laundry detergent for the in-condo washer/dryer. There were shampoos/body wash to use under the sink in the bathrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen were newly renovated. The condo had tile and LVT flooring throughout. It was tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely rebook for my family. The beach was clean, with easy access, and the NSB restaurants were terrific. Thank you to NSB for a wonderfully relaxing and low-key beach stay!

This condo was one of the best ones I’ve ever stayed in. Once we finally found the room since it was dark, and the buildings were not labeled too well we were welcomed to a nice basket of treats left for us. Everything was clean anything we needed was there and it was a huge plus to have a washer and dryer. If I had a question, RuthAnn was very quick in answering my texts. The owners even contacted us because the TVs were recently updated and apparently one in the second bedroom wasn’t working. We never even turned the TVs on in the bedrooms, Judy wanted to send somebody over to fix it, but we didn’t feel it was even necessary. Everything worked well, The morning view was fabulous and we were very lucky to have such wonderful weather. We would definitely be staying again. The pool and atmosphere of the condos was a nice feeling. We saw a few dolphins and just enjoyed the peacefulness of that area of New Smyrna Beach.

This condo is perfect. It feels like a home away from home! Everything you need is available for you so there is nothing to worry about. This was my third time staying in this condo and I absolutely love it! Owners and manager are easy to work with and just super nice. I got to meet Judy and she was just the sweetest. Wonderful Week

We were amazed from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail was perfect!! We had the best week ever. Everything was just as advertised. The balcony was outstanding for incredible views and perfect relaxation. Everything we needed was onsite and we didn't to pick up anything other than a few groceries and snacks. We will DEFINITELY be back next year.
