Delightful, Cozy Apartment By The Ocean

Wow! Cozy, first floor, 1 bedroom apartment with ocean views from the bedroom and direct access to the beach only yards away! Bathroom just redone!! Ideally located on S Atlantic Ave in the well maintained and stylish 'mid century modern' resort building of Coastal Waters, this well equipped and cared for condo also provides use of the onsite facilities such as communal pool and BBQ grill.

The increasingly popular seaside town of New Smyrna Beach is a short ride away, with fabulous restaurants, shopping and downtown historical area at Canal Street. There is also a museum, parks and of course, fishing. If you prefer to stay away from the crowds, there are excellent seafood restaurants close by.

Well equipped with modern appliances and equipment including full kitchen, microwave, TV, and more.

Nice place to stay
For the price and proximity to the beach, a very nice apartment.The 3 rating for location is ONLY because of loud noise in the apartment above this room. A lot of apparent moving stuff around and dropping. Definitely more than people walking. Obviously the sound insulation between the floors levels is very poor. Fortunately the noise ceased late evening. It was not unbearable just annoying

Another great stay at Costal Waters
Our unit was very clean and well appointed when we arrived. Very comfortable bed and cozy living room. Our host was friendly and responsive to our questions and help needed to make our stay enjoyable. Secure location on the beautiful beach. Great condo and location. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, we enjoyed sunrises, rocket launches, and nice surf on the beach. Coastal Waters maintenance does a great job keeping the grounds and pool clean and in good shape.

Being so close to the beach was nice since it’s only a few doors down. Can see the beach from the room which is a bonus. The room was small but spacious as well with how they’ve done the layout. Plenty of room for two people to enjoy a beach trip. Would definitely stay again.

Get what you pay for!
We were disappointed but blame myself. It was priced low with a dozen or so decent reviews so we thought we’d give it a shot. Ugh! Bathroom is a mess, but supposedly being remodeled this month. Half closet door missing. Building is old. Pool area is very small and mediocre. Planned power outage so no power for a full day…we received an e-mail night before. Won’t be back. Great location!

Condo is in a great location. Ocean and pool are steps away. Parking was a pain. Bath towels are bedding were clean. Curtains and couch need cleaning. Shower curtain was moldy and the bath mat disgusting.

Our stay here was ideal for us. A little more quiet than we like but we were preseason visitors.
Place was easy to find and the check-in instructions were very clear. The property was well maintained and was showing many updates. The TV/Cable set up was not so much to our liking but not what we are used to. Everything else worked well. Pool and outdoor furniture were top notch. Staff was very friendly. It was a great stay.

When we arrived, we experienced a problem with the toilet not flushing properly. We called the property manager and he came immediately. He was able to rectify the issue right away.

Perfect for an anniversary getaway!!!
My husband and I came to NSB to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was nicely decorated, clean, close to the beach, just the right size for a couple, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner was attentive to details and promptly answered any questions that arose during our stay. We enjoyed walking just a few steps to the beach and watching the sunrises and sunsets. I took a lot of pretty photos! We enjoyed swimming and sunbathing. There was plenty of parking available and it was a safe area. Our stay was very relaxing and was just what we were looking for! NSB is a beautiful area- I’m so glad we chose this area to visit and this listing to rent! Thanks for a great experience!

Definitely would recommend this property for a nice get away for a couple or a single person. The apartment was clean and had everything that a person would need. Water pressure in shower was great and the walk to the beach was about 25 feet from properly. The property manager Josiah kept in touch with me and let me know that if we needed anything to reach out.

Nice and clean. Room located on first floor in an excellent location, ones next to pool to close .
Excellent. Wish I owned it. Day time maintenance man really personal, lives across street . He keeps all weeds from growing between papers. Kitchen had everything. Just need cabinet or shelf in bathroom for toiletries. Bottom of tub a little rough in appearance, bought bath mat before spouse came down , worked out great. Will be renting again. Nice touch with personal call about new code, had a great conversation with him. Hope you get more rentals in this complex.
