Was the worst experience ever. Nothing compare with Miami . The smallest room ever , the worst view , i pay a lot for my birthdays bf , they forgot the $50 bonus gift , the view by 5 floor was just trees like I was in the zoo ( they show (Statu liberty view ) lies, . The mirror full body sucks , I can even see myself . No tissues , the box was empty , the shower bath was dirty . We found a wisky bottle empty at the small var , they almost charging us . The only thing save this spot is the view on the rooftop. It was the worst of the worst . So expensive for this bad experience.

I was charged for 2 nights valet parking,when I only valet 1. I've reached out via phone and email, and have yet to hear back. Also, this property is far from luxury. Rooms are outdated and very small. They were "short staffed" supposedly.. Really need to humble themselves and lower their prices because this was not worth the price.

1 Hotel in Brooklyn is the place to stay. Don't spend your $$ elsewhere, from the moment you walk-in, the place smells amazing, clean, relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. Location is key, ferry docks every 30 minutes, park, Time out Maket place within walking distance, etc. Rooms are clean, and eco friendly, attentive staff and the rooftop views! Worth every penny. Thank me later!

The first thing you noticed when approaching the one hotel is the designed serenity and by the lovely scent wafting from the lobby to just outside the door. Our room is perfect, thoughtfully designed and a great view. The washroom is an open style to the room, so make sure you’re comfortable with whenever you’re sharing the room as we had a separate queen bed style accommodation.
