A beautiful hotel. The staff is kind and sweet. We received a room with an incredible view and the children even received trick or treat bags. The room was surprisingly spacious. The washroom was big too. We were able to walk to the 9/11 memorial and Brooklyn Bridge. We will be back.

It was a short stay. Did not have any contact with anyone except for people working front desk. Had very limited contact with them. The premise was very clean but room was very small. Overall it was very good.

Perfect spot to get to the ferry for event in Brooklyn - hotel is beautiful! staff all lovely. Only wish abr was open sat night.. after being out all day wanted to stop for a night cap , had to go to restaurant across street otherwise lovely definitely will return

Beautiful hotel in a great convenient area to subway, brooklyn bridge and restaurants. The only issue was with the room amenities not being restocked after several times asking. The bodywash was empty on arrival, asked the front desk 3 times and got none. On the 3rd day i had to take the bottle to the front desk and wsit for a new one to be handed to me. Just frustrating when i was told 3 times it would be done. Beautiful hotel. Moderate staff following through with services.
