The room was simple, clean and very comfortable. Shower was amazing and they had really nice orange-scented shampoo! The staff was very helpful and accomodating. There was a good food vendor on the sidewalk halfway down the block with excellent burgers, etc. There were a few restaurants about 3 blocks away, but I didn't need to go that far. So as long as you are willing to walk a bit, there are a few restaurants around. The best thing is a great value, pricewise, also very close to manhattan. I would recommend staying here.

Nice Hotel
Check in was smooth and straightforward, it was also fast. The elevator speedily took us to our floor. The room was nice and not a bad size considering its New York. Amenities in the room were nice too.

The property is new and well managed. The room was super clean and comfortable bed and sheets. Breakfast could be better since there are not many restaurant options around.

The individuals in the room right next to mine were having a party in their room and you could hear anything. Also because of the location, the factory across the street was blaring some loud noises at around 5-6am.

This hotel is just opened and still under construction. They are getting the kinks out still. It is like a soft launch. But a great price because of that Easy to get to the city via the F train (it’s a 8 minute walk to the train). And easy to get to JFK via the F train.

The hotel is located close to the NY Metro Subway. The only thing I would suggest is the front desk should have a numbering system for the customers who arrive hours before the check-in time. When it was time to check-in others were given a room before me who just arrived after I had been waiting for a few hours.
