The place was nice, clean and safe. The staff were so welcoming and attentive. There were no long lines to check in or out because someone would step up to help out. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile from Tracie at the front desk and she was so welcoming we remembered her name. When we had a family emergency the next day she did everything she could do to help us out. We will go back to this hotel no matter what the cost is, because we walked out of the hotel with a good memory instead of a bad experience. People make such a difference when it comes to how we feel about a place.

Great location for the price. The hotel room is bit outdated but overall good. Staff was friendly and very helpful when we had questions. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel
A beautiful hotel. It was clean, had a nice bar and restaurant and the rooftop bar had the best view! It was conveniently located and walking distance from Times Square and other major attractions. Staff is very nice. I would stay here again without a doubt.

A bougie boutique
Dazzling place, extremely clean and well kept. For a small hotel, they utilize the space well in a vertical way if that makes sense. The staff always greets you walking in, and they even have umbrellas to use when it rains! Rico the manager was very hospitable and the rooftop bar is chefs kiss. Probably the best place in NYC we have stayed. Also, the room was spotless, and the shower was fabulous with GREAT pressure. Will definitely return

Great spot right in the middle of Manhattan. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The view of the Empire State Building was a very nice touch as well. The only thing I noticed in terms of cleanliness/upkeep was that the wooden case around the mini fridge had started to deteriorate from the excess condensation.
