I had the most horrid experience I’ve had at a hotel. First of all. I came to the hotel the week prior to this stay and received decent service. I explained to the front desk that I do not have the deposit money but I know it’s not mandatory because I’ve worked for hotels and in the industry for years. Long story short staff kept me waiting in the lobby freezing. I told them and showed them all I have is 29 dollars to my name and will be back next week. I was given a room 9 hours later before 12 midnight so I couldn’t get a refund. Mind you I told staff I was homeless and was bringing an infant. It’s the only way I can spend time with her.
This hotel appeared to be run down. There was a sign saying sorry for the noises under construction. We went in our room there was cockroaches all over the place. We chose to leave and not stay and when we requested a refund we only got two days back not three. Probably the worst hotel in town.

We were thankful for a clean space at night. The room is spacious. Easy check in. Close to LGA. Unfortunately the walls are really thin so you can hear a lot and the doors don’t go all the way to the floor. Our experience was really dampened - We were woken up at 4am on the second night of our stay because our room was filled with the smell of weed. We called the front desk but they informed us that there was nothing they could do. It was unbearable. We had to open the window in the freezing cold just to be able to get back to sleep. Then in the morning same thing heavy smell of weed. We spoke to the front desk a second time that morning and were met with the same response - nothing they could do. We started to close the gap between the door and the floor with a towel to see if it helped on the third night - not helpful. The front desk was kind about everything but I was just surprised that they couldn’t do anything about it. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible- Not your normal BW at all!
Experience was horrible I had my first room switched the bathtub had pubic hair with a very slow drain in the tub… Cleaning was poor. Then I had the room switched and the ceiling was leaking shades were messed up lamp was broken ohh gosh nightmare!
