I was so surprised it was a great experience the room was nice and clean always was quiet no noise my car was in the safe place highly recommend this place for anybody to stay don't believe all the negativity that has been written about this place because it's not true on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 8 1/2 very good and I definitely will be staying there every time I go back home

One of the worst hotels I've been to. The bed sheets were no clean. The towels were not clean. And everything smelt like smoke. Absolutely do not recommend this place.

This place is ugh…
Checked in, went to the room and started sanitizing. When I pulled back the blanket, my boyfriend saw 2 BUGS…..(possibly a caterpillar or something). I went to the housekeepers in the hall and showed them. They changed the sheets immediately. I went to the front desk and spoke to the person who really didn't care. All he said was he can change the room. I wanted to speak to a manager, I was told I had to wait until the morning…it’s going to be a long night.

noisy throughout the middle of the night; heat not working, room still chilled with heater turned up to 90 degrees for the whole night. Refrigerator not cold and hallways smelt like marijuana!

Poor lighting outside sign HOTEL, and name of place: Casa Azul Blu JFK. No microwave, no shade over light fixture near bed, No breakfast, no coffee or tea. Refrigerator wasn’t on or working. The smell of weed in lobby and hallway. Too much for the condition of property for one night. Saturday check in to Sunday. $303.11. I was billed for a Holiday Inn on my payment.
