Great location and host
The host is friendly / helpful and even greeted us at the front door, and gave us an apt overview upon our arrival. The space is adequate, with a bathroom on the small side, but not unexpected for Manhattan. Location is great - just a couple of blocks from the Times Square subway station, and walking distance to Broadway shows. Kitchen appeared well stocked, thought we only used the coffee machine and fridge since we ate out during our stay. The bedroom has lots of closet / drawer space and comfortable queen sized bed, and there are plentiful electrical outlets throughout the unit. This is a 2nd floor walk up without an elevator, and the stairs are relatively steep. so be sure to take this into consideration if this will be a challenge for you. While not under control of the host, the upstairs neighbors are very loud, with yelling, pounding / running footsteps (children), heavy items dropping even at 4am, which can be disturbing if sensitive to noise. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the apartment served our needs quite well.
