This hotel was very convenient for work purposes but every time I flushed the toilet, it constantly ran for hours on end. The bathroom tiles were also coming up on the floors. The hotel is very outdated and I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was large and comfortable, with two full beds and a built-in bed under the window. It was clean and quiet. But it was also a little "tired" - the bathroom door veneer was chipped and the upholstery on the sofa/bed was worn through.

Although the decor was a bit tired and there was not much natural light in the room that I had- it was pretty comfortable and decent by New York Standards. In addition although being 5 min from Times Square it was far away enough to be away from the craziness and noise. The best part though were the staff who were brilliant and lovely.

Disgusting. The water was leaking and dripping onto the bed next to mine, covered in white goo. Wallpaper peeling. Uneven floor with strange depressions. Claim "4 star" and 4 star prices, but youth hostel cleanliness

This hotel was very convenient to Penn Station and Broadway. The bathroom floor in the room we stayed in really needs replacing. There were soft spots in the floor that made us think there had been water damage in the sub-flooring Everything else on the room looked like it had been updated. Breakfast was very good.

Great stay, great location.
We enjoyed our 5 day stay immensely. Staff was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. The room was clean and exceedingly comfortable and though I usually have trouble sleeping away from home, I slept very well at CC. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay there again
