Well, not sure where to start. The pictures from the web are very deceiving as it appears to be in a good neighborhood with food and activities within walking distance. Not the case; my son and I arrived to the property to notice you can only get inside the front door with key access. Then the front desk was completely covered in plexiglass and you were required to speak with the attendant through the glass. While checkin in, the front desk received a call from someone apparently stuck in the elevator. I applaud the front desk for remaining calm while trying to comfort the guest stuck inside the elevator. So, for the entire stay, my son and I took the stairs to the 4th floor to our room. We tried the elevator once, the door closed and the buttons would not illuminate when we try to select a floor. Then, we had to order uber eats bc we didn’t feel safe walking to any local sub places. We didn’t enjoy our stay as we felt trapped in our room the entire weekend. I would not stay at this location again.

The receptionist that checked us in was excellent. Helpful reference the surrounding area, where to go go and how. Super friendly, I saw her interact with other guests and was the same with them, smile on her face and great attitude We always stay at Hilton properties but thought we give Comfort Inn brands a try, excellent choice.

Three times i had to go back down to the front desk because they kept giving me room keys that didn’t work , then parking was full and i had to park down the street , they didn’t advertise the parking was 50 dollars when i got their it was 50 dollars to park , so disrespectful and the traffic from the high way above was so loud i couldn’t sleep all night , such a waist of money
