In this property the rooms are really small. Also, there was numerous times when we smelled cigarettes in our room. Although, we reported it the smell appeared everyda. Which wasn’t safe for my toddler and my wife who has asthma.

The hotel was in a good area. Paid parking right next door. Rooms were good. Bathroom was good. The hot water did take a little longer to heat up. Dining options are available in the area. Diner across the street is ok, good Bodega on Water St and a couple of coffee carts in thr area. Overall happy.

The property was nothing as advertised. Parking is terrible, charge $50-60 each time you move the car outside of the parking lot. The rooms are extra small. Bed are tiny and not comfortable. Bathroom was dirty, you have to head to the cellar to get ice and it felt so unsafe. Would not recommend.
