Excellent hotel, security and service. Right in the thick of things in Times Square. Nice view of the area. Had issues with getting key cards to the room that worked. Called the front desk a couple of times and no one answered. Because of the location loud music, cars and noisy crowds can be heard into the wee hours of the morning. Given the cleanliness, state of the art amenities and closeness to so many things I would stay there again.

This is easily my new favorite hotel in NYC. The room is great. Remote control blinds, fabulous walk in shower, and wonderful bed. The elevator system is great!!! Steps away from theatres,restaurants and shopping. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Check in was fast but not even a “welcome” or a smile. Also, the 3rd day of our stay, we didn’t get housekeeping, nobody answered our multiple calls to the front desk. I had to email hilton honors directly about the housekeeping and not getting towels, and then we got some supervisor to come over to bring us towels. You need to address these issues and train your people better on hospitality.

Modern new hotel right in the heart of Times square. Pretty quiet considering the location. Checkin and out is chaotic with long lines and not enough space for people to maneuver around leading to guests and staff getting stressed and overwhelmed. They need a much better way to store luggage than in the public throughfare. The small luggage room is always packed. Rooms a well equipped but on the smaller side.

I love this hotel. My only negative is that breakfast and lunch have to be ordered like take out food and it’s all in paper containers…not real conducive to a relaxing experience - this is an expensive hotel …
