Cheap and cheerful; a good room to sleep, get up and go. Having zero outdoor light was not something I would do again; the windows faced a fire escape. Small and affordable.

The rooms and elevator were small but clean and has everything you need for a small stay. Its right in the middle of everything and have a subway station pretty close. Had a good experience

It was close to the Convention center. There were plenty of food options nearby. We did walk past the door when we arrived. It is a small doorway. They did not have the room we requested, so they provided two rooms with the same number of beds. It actually was good, because we had 2 bathrooms. The rooms were clean and maintained. Good for a group visiting.

When we arrived at 1:30 AM, they stated they did not actually have the rooms available for us and they reached out to expedia. They did not offer to help and they just turned the 6 of us away to find a hotel in Manhatten in the middle of the night. 2 days later I received the communication from them through expedia that the rooms we confirmed through expedia were not available.

Horrible!!! Mouse inside and outside rooms, mouse’s on top of coffee table trying to eat the creamers at night. Not worth the money saved on this hotel. This shouldn’t even be on Expedia.

The property overall was horrible, disgusting, dirty, customer service was horrible, we supposed to check in at 3pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6pm, the manager gave us a breakfast voucher for the near by restaurant and it wasn’t even a voucher, they just took $6 off our bill. There were cockroaches in the hallway and bugs in our room, the elevator was a so small only 2 people can fit. Our little daughter was in a wheelchair and she we couldn’t even fit the wheelchair in the elevator and to top all of it the manager had the audacity to tell us to look for another hotel since our room wasn’t ready, don’t stay there please.

Hotel is near the port authority walking distance to times square and the intrepid. My son and I stayed in room 105 which had a subway style tiles bathroom and painted artwork NY themed on the walls and in the tile. Nice touch!! Queen side bed with comfortable pillows. Small room but that's NY.

Not worth the money.
I booked last minute and needed a room with two beds. This room was way too small for two people. It had 2 twin beds and one small night stand between them. There was not enough room for two adults to maneuver around. It was also not clean. There were dark hairs in the towels and on the floor. The closet was a bar over the bed. My keys had to be reset each day. I was told that room always has issues with the keys.
