The hotel photos are better than the reality. The hotel being a big part of our break was very unexceptional, neither good nor bad just bland and slacking any identity. Our room 801 had a lovely comfy bed and a large marble bathroom which had seen better days and there was a smell, telling me the drainage might not be what it should be. We didn’t complain as it is a hotel in need of refurbishment throughout and felt over priced and out dated. The staff were helpful when we did see them and the shower was hot and powerful. I wouldn’t recommend or condemn, just was OK and that’s all

This hotel was like a glorified hostel. We checked in and the desk attendant said “sorry our credit card machine doesn’t work”. That should have been the first sign. We stayed one night checked out next am and went across street to westhouse which was amazing. Don’t attempt this hotel.

First time to stay at this location. Have stayed in other area hotels, but liked this too. We will be back. However, wished the room windows had a darkening option. Billboard lighting was quite bright at night which made sleeping difficult.

It was very loud - definitely an older property with older windows. There are fridges and such in the room but they’re all turned off. Also no coffee makers in the room - have to ask ahead. Overall it was clean and comfortable.
