The room with two double beds was roomy and clean. There were other guest who had a room with a king size bed and that room was much smaller so be aware. Any who the checking in process was fast and efficient. No issues with house keeping I didn’t need service, but I did asked extra towels and those were given to me right away. The beds were comfortable and might be little too soft for me, but I slept good. I stayed on the 10th floor which I prefer higher floor rooms. Overall it was a great stay and the price was decent because I booked months in advance.

Easy to get to Manhattan just 1 straight line. If you take the Q express takes you right to everything. This is a bit further but its half the price and less crowded than TimeSq area. Lots of food option..more local vibes. I like people in Brooklyn. Theyre simple and wont bother you as long as you wont bother them. The hotel rooms are clean and so is the lobby. I just dont like that the pet fee is expensive. The resort fee is also another fee. Oh and luggage is about $2 per bag which is usually free so keep that in mind. The rest are good. If you want nice smell good 3 star hotel white sheets comfy with gym and easy access to subway to main tourist attractions and pay half the price than hotels in Manhattan. I recommend this.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The room was great and even included some exercise equipment and yoga mats which was a pleasant surprise. Good location for the arena and not too far from the bridges. We really enjoyed our stay here!
