Staff were absolutely fabulous, great customer service and the hotel was clean with a good breakfast. There are no attractions anywhere nearby to go to and noise from outside traffic filters through the thin windows. Overall best one we’ve been to in NYC so far

The room and pro was very clean- and staff were great! Very limited options for dinner- there was one Asian restaurant across the street in the next block that was good, but that was the only place. I would stay here again, especially for flying out of JFK- free shuttle to the airport.

I stayed the before a New Zealand 18hr flight. I was very surprised at how clean and fresh the place was. 1st was the receptionist Yaheidy who would be a jewel to any company she worked for. She was exceptional and took care of 4 families by herself, Christmas day. No complaints. Highly recommend
