The closest subway/ train was 15min walk, perfect for good weather but in the cold can be tough. The place was clean, staff was great and there were close various options for very good food, coffee etc.

The room was in the basement cellar - dark - light in room not working - called front desk multiple times about this - Jacquie that was working said she told the "engineer" on duty about it and he was coming to fix it - he never showed up. We sat in a cellar room with half a window and no light all night long. Glad when sun came up and we left early after horrible breakfast that was cold and flavorless.

Great option for a hotel outside of manhattan, with an easy walk to the train to get into the city within 15minutes. Staff were great. Breakfast selection very good. Room clean and comfortable.

We found 2 cockroch in the bathroom y was really disgusting. Specially because we used Marriott many times throughout our lives. The answer was poor. They said that they need the proof....that's absolutely ridiculous. We don't accept that excuse.

Nice stay
Three night stay with family was excellent, nice hotel close to the airport and Astoria area. The airport shuttle service is excellent and wait time was less than five min. The reception desk staff are excellent and very friendly.

I think it would make the site better if there was a Citybike station on the property. The nearest one was so far away that it was easier to just keep walking instead of using the bikes.
