Very cozy hotel and great staff! Amazing AC. Satisfactory breakfast options, but there was a Dunkin Donuts across the street that opened at 5am. My only issue is the HUGE pile of garbage outside the hotel that was there for days. Also, the room was very small. Sort of expensive for a small and outdated room.

Very good stay. Only complaint was the bath was so tight but, NYC, right? If the bath door had opened into the hall instead of into the bath, that would have helped a lot. Otherwise, this was near perfect. Wonderful staff, good breakfast and coffee. Elevators were quick. Location was great. Would stay here again!

It was a pleasure to stay here for my first visit to New York City. The staff were absolutely incredible, so friendly and helpful every time we ran into them. They always offered a smile and greeting which made me feel welcomed. The location was great for the plans we had (Koreatown, Times Square, and Madison Square Garden) and made walking everywhere very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I plan to visit in the future.
