The parking lots was filled with suspicious people, loud music, small unattended children, tailgating. Seemed as though folks just parked cars and picnicked from trunks. I’ve met seen anything like it?!? Total turn off!

I had to request a handicap room. The toilet seat was a biartic too large and uncomfortable. The roll in shower was a nightmare wash poured into room and into rug in hall of our room letting it be slippery and dangerous, no body wash in receptacle in shower. Shower chair was too low to get up from. Wish it had. Recliner in room as back hurts to stay in bed too long. Breakfast bar was excellent clean and hot. Sad sad for more then ten minutes was rhrown out thought could have been rerefigerates then given to homeless shelter

The property is shared with two other INN’s. There is not parking. I had to park on the street. It’s quite but a lot people look like they live in the hotel rather than just vacationing. The room was not up to clean standards. The bathroom had a broken soap holder. The bedroom had wrapping behind the bed I’m sure if you came to my room in another week it will still be there. A lot of random square hole cut outs on the wall like unfinished repairs. And a broken lamp. For price of the room I rate this 3 stars.

Enjoyed the stay, staff were very nice. The room had a hole in the ceiling (I think the vent cover was left off). The toiletries needed to be replaced (body wash-empty).I found the bath towels to be on the small size.

I have stayed in countless Fairfield’s by Marriott in CA and they are excellent. So with previous experience and pictures on website I thought it would be a good fit. There are 3 hotels right next to one another on a small piece of property and the hotel next to Fairfield had its “extended staying” guest in the party lot at 10pm drinking and listening to music out of the back of a small SUV. The room was in worn down condition. Carpet looked very worn and metal shower soap dishes were rusty and where mounted there were screw holes cracked and broken in tile. Which means water and moisture were getting in, which means there had to be mold behind the wall. The rust is proof it’s a long standing issue. Hotel and premises I would give 3/10. Staff I would give 10/10. If it weren’t for the staff this hotel would be out of business for sure.

Needs improvements
Front desk staff was on phone on personal phone call on our arrival and remained on the phone initially for a minute as we approached the desk. Shower soap holders (both holders) hanging off the wall with screws exposed. Loud people in hallway at midnight. Not what i would expect from a marriott quality hotel
