Great location in the city with lots to explore in walking distance. Easy access to the subway. The room was beautiful and spotless. Comfortable beds and a nice little kitchen. The only thing I could recommend would be robes.

Hotel room was a bit neglected - build up dirt and grime on the floor and walls. Cracked light switches and garbage under the bed from previous visitors. Also, very few plug outlets and the ones there, some of them didn't work.

The young lady with the red hair at check in was very rude over worked and short with the customers. The bathtub wouldn’t drain and the heat wouldn’t turn down past 71 other guests complained about the heat too. Overall great location clean nice doorman fast elevators. Brad was very nice at the check in and we received $10crefit for snacks everyday!😊
