It was horrible! I only stayed one night! Thank God cause i will never go back there again! It had roaches, it was noisy late at night! And the room was so inconvenient! I had to slide across the bed to get to the other side where inconveniently the plugs were there! Also there were no shower curtains! Who does that! It was a big room with a toilet and a shower! And the lights kept flickering on and off! Thought i was in a haunted room! SMH!! Horrible!! The front desk lady was nice but didnt speak much English! They need to fo better to get better guest!

A small room but well equipped. Good for just sleeping. When i say small it is really small room new rest room, clean. No parking, street parking is si unsafe told by the hotel staff. We where happy!

Front desk Guy was very nasty, unprofessional, the room we rented was smelling cigarette smoke all in the bed we can’t sleep, I went to the front desk Guy and ask him to change the room he said no he can’t do it, I said okay! So me and my wife left our rented room about 2:30 AM in the morning check out.the service was so bad we didn’t sleep at all, so I’m asking for a refund, we checked in at 6:30 PM and checked out about 2:30 AM.

I booked a deluxe room for 3 nights The lift was not working on my first day The room did not have the basics: No wardrobe or clothes hangers When I complained,I was told that the hotel had just recently opened & still did not have all amenities .my reply was that they should not charge for what they didn’t have. The bathroom was not the one showed in pictures,the washbasin was tiny with no space to put toiletries . The city view was a railway line & very noisy When I complained I was asked if I wanted a quiet room,of course I want to sleep at night I was changed to another room,just as noisy from 4:30 am when trains started There was no fridge in the second room & the receptionist had to carry one from another room. The area on the way to the property was awful,people were taking substances openly & I’m talking about 3/4 in the afternoon ,the sidewalks were full of garbage that smelled & there was even a dead rat on the sidewalk. All in all my experience at this hotel was the worst possible certainty not worth the money I paid. So I would expect compensation
