Arrived at 7 pm to check in. Was informed only shuttle available next morning for a 9:30 am domestic flight was a 6 am slot. All other shuttle spaces were already taken. Was told I could take an Uber or Taxi. So much for their very limited free shuttle service to JFK.

Had a layover stay here and had a good experience! The room is spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Free shuttle to airport is a plus. Also, included breakfast is pretty well stocked w good coffee. I recommend this hotel for a stay near jfk airport!
