The room was spacious, and the restrooms were very clean. However, there was no freezer in the room, but there should have been. Walkable distance from the hotel to nearby bus terminal if you want to go to Time square or Brooklyn bridge. Breakfast was really good.

Everything was nice and comfortable. The shuffle from the airport was very helpful and appropriated. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was with the hot water. The shower didn’t have any.

We had a very good stay! We have stayed here on several occasions. This is one of our favorite places to stay during our trips to NYC. It’s clean, comfortable and the front desk is always friendly and helpful.

The only downside to my stay was I prepaid for the room three weeks ahead of time and when I arrived at 3pm they didn't have a room ready for me. I didn't get a text from the hotel letting me know a room had become available until 4:30pm.
