Overall, the hotel was very nice. Room was small but clean. Not a lot of room to store your luggage. Bathroom door was a barn door style. Not a lot of privacy. There was not a fan in the bathroom either.
Location was great-close to Times Square and the subway. They will even store your luggage for you. We used this after we checked out on our last day.
Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals...lots to choose from. The only problem was that it got very busy and we had a hard time finding seats. The hotel does warn you that earlier is better, but even then it was a bit of a challenge.
The main thing I was worried about were the elevators based on other reviews. For the most part they were fine. You have to scan your card and the elevator is automatically selected for you. The only time we had an issue was when it was time to check out. We waited about 20 mins on the 32nd floor for an elevator that was empty enough for the three of us and our luggage.
Overall, I would stay there again. The location and breakfast made it a great stay for us!
