Good hotel overall. We initially didn’t think so when we came in at the same time as hundreds of others it seemed but it cleared out. The elevators are slow and a little complicated at first. They need a bigger lobby or don’t host thousands of people with nowhere to go, they did hold our luggage and we appreciated that. The in room amenities are great as far as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The coffee make and coffee will get you through maybe if you like basic.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Room was small but clean. Not a lot of room to store your luggage. Bathroom door was a barn door style. Not a lot of privacy. There was not a fan in the bathroom either. Location was great-close to Times Square and the subway. They will even store your luggage for you. We used this after we checked out on our last day. Breakfast was good-eggs, sausage, toast, waffles, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereals...lots to choose from. The only problem was that it got very busy and we had a hard time finding seats. The hotel does warn you that earlier is better, but even then it was a bit of a challenge. The main thing I was worried about were the elevators based on other reviews. For the most part they were fine. You have to scan your card and the elevator is automatically selected for you. The only time we had an issue was when it was time to check out. We waited about 20 mins on the 32nd floor for an elevator that was empty enough for the three of us and our luggage. Overall, I would stay there again. The location and breakfast made it a great stay for us!

Hotel room is smaller than I am used to but it is New York. However it is a great price for location. Hotel is clean and staff are nice. Only downside is elevator during the morning, it’s impossible to get one to go down.
