For $200 a night on a Sunday I have stayed in better Days Inns for $63 a night. The carpet is so disgusting I won’t walk on it barefoot. The furniture is freyed and old. The heater made terrible noise all night. The coffee maker didn’t work. This is supposed to be a Hilton it’s the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. You will do better at a days inn

You need to update your dated carpets and have less carpets in your rooms to keep obtain less dust mites. Carpets absorb dust mites. Carpet less floors are always cleaner and the air is healthier.

Staff seemed very distracted. Housekeeping never came during our stay despite our request for cleaning. Room was spacious but just not very clean. Restaurant staff on site are very nice and the food is good. Location is convenient to the Newark airport but traffic makes it a long drive to the ferry station etc. No other eating options near by.

I am a smoker and typically designated smoking areas are just a spot outside the buiding smokers are pushed out too. This smoking oasis(their name for it) was very well done with shrubs,,flowers and many options to discard cigarettes so there were not butts all over the area.

This hotel does shopping event business. One day they had 5 weddings and a Halloween party. Busy lobby of course but the rooms were a little run down. Windows were single pane which allowed for a lot of road noise, no fans in the bathroom, carpets needed replacement and bathroom fixtures were rusty. Also, shower head was fixed and not adjustable, tub faucet was lose, needed calling as well. Tub floor was slippery so you had to be very careful while showering.

No water for te room! Room smelled weird. No room service only a restaurante that you would have to go down to order food. Asked for silverware at front desk and they never brought it! Not great. Customer service is none but I guess the spot is basic due to location it’s good for private parties and stuff but not great for traveler
