I throughly enjoyed this Hilton, the staff Michelle and Karen were the friendliest people I encountered during my stay while also beyond accommodating! My only con would be that the room was super tiny but it was expected considering its New York! The restaurant inside was also nice. I loved the team still treated me as an Hilton Honors member even though I booked through Expedia! Neither less, I’d visit again when in Times Square!

Asked twice for extra blankets on two separate days. Crickets. The waitress at the restaurant on two separate days was incredibly rude. The only bright spot was Mark, the sales guy selling holiday stays for Hilton, but of course they hire that job for congeniality. Will mark this property off the list for future stays.
