Excellent staff - very helpful and friendly. Any time I asked for help or made a request they responded immediately. The only complaint was that the accessible shower was unnecessary for us, and we’d have preferred a room without that if we had been given the option.

The staff were so friendly and happy to help with any questions that were asked. the location is excellent for Subway, Places of interest and shopping. No need to get a taxi as you can walk faster.

The staff was very nice. The room with 2 double beds was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. 3 adults could not move around at the same time. 1 desk chair was the only place to sit other than the beds, very small cupboard for a closet. No place to store suitcases. The heat went up and down no matter what you set it at. We walked the city about 10 miles per day and the only time I was on edge was on the block where the hotel entrance was. Will choose a different hotel if I rerun to NYC.
