When we arrived around 9:30 pm, we were greeted by Mariam who was very welcoming and friendly. She is one of the best concierges we have encountered. Check-in was easy and fast. The room was very clean and tidy. We needed e yea blankets and they were delivered in less than five minutes. Slept well. Breakfast was a great surprise and had so many choices. The coffee was superb! The location is a short distance from Times Square and the hotel is surrounded by shopping and restaurants. Transportation is easily accessed. I fully recommend this hotel and I know we will be back. It’s a keeper.

When we arrived we got room keys for someone else’s room and when we went to enter the room someone else walked out. We went back to the front desk and were told someone else had the same name as us, which is highly unlikely due to rare name. They got us set up in a different room on a lower floor which I didn’t agree with due to if someone checked in under our name, they shouldn’t have a better room than us. After that whole incident however everything was fine. The room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I stayed here with my 2 teens over the October half term for 4 nights. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel. It’s a bit dated but not interested in that anyway. Being out and about all day you just need a clean and comfortable place to sleep in and that what we got plus breakfast. Staff at breakfast area not very friendly but wasn’t really bothered about it.

The front desk staff Jade, Jasmine and Marieme were helpful, friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay! The amenities ( breakfast, gym, location) for price in NYC near Time Square is great! However name needs to be clarified when googling location from the airport! Uber took us to 2 other lications before finding our hotel!
