Your hotel has a lot of potential. Several thing that I seen wrong was the vagrant sitting out front and the employees that were not willing to do their jobs as far as when you ask them for towels they didn’t get the towels and they wasn’t very courteous or kind so I’ll give you a two star which could’ve been a three star. Elevators also were very slow. I had to walk down 24 flights of stairs, which is unacceptable because of the wait time. The water was cut off at 9 AM in the morning due to faulty pipes. We couldn’t even take a shower before heading to airport . This is totally unacceptable. After water came back on the water was brown for a longtime. It was brown water coming out the shower the toilet in the sink for hours. We had to travel back home not brushing our teeth or bathing. beyond pissed especially since I paid a lot of money to stay somewhere I couldn’t utilized bathroom. I’ll pay all that money, and got treated like it was motel. SMH never again

I came into NYC by bus so I loved the close proximity to Port Authority and that it's such an easy walk to/from the bus terminal with my luggage! It was also closeby the dance studio that the guest with me had rehearsal at so it was very convenient for him as well. Check-in was immediate and easy. The staff also accommodated a late check-out which I appreciated.

Hotel was in a great location. My only complaints really is there is only one elevator and takes forever to wait on.. and also rooms are really small and beds are short. Mine and my husbands feet hung off the bed. But other than that staff was really nice and hotel was clean.

Only thing I would have a complaint about is, there was a loud high pitch screech/noise throughout the night. Wasn’t sure if it was the elevators or toilets flushing making that noise. And 1 of our 2 key cards didn’t work on the door or elevators. But otherwise, all was well.

Brown water from the taps. No warning, son extremely sick. Next day no hot water available. Location is also not what they post it to be…horrible area. Scary if you have young children.

Prime location, rooms serviced daily, breakfast at the hotel is expensive but there’s multiple options nearby to find food outside of the hotel. The rooms are on the small side, but this is expected of any hotel at this price in this area. Bathrooms were clean and towels replaced daily. Staff were helpful. Elevator could have a long wait time at peak times - stairs are easy to find but height of the building may make this inaccessible to those on higher floors. From the 27th floor, we used this option a few times when elevator wait times were extended. Easily a 5 minute walk from times square, less if you don’t need to wait long for light change. Very close (less than 2 minute walk, traffic dependant) to 42nd st Port Authority Bus Terminal, which not only services busses but has subway entry to enough lines that we never needed to enter or exit at a different station by our hotel. Relatively expensive compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling (~$600 for 2 beds for 3 nights) but well worth the money. Gym has multiple options, as well as a water fountain that provides fresh water to guests. Basement level houses gym, desktop computer open for guest use, and microwave accessible to guests. There are also bathrooms accessible to guests, though you need to request the entry code. Wi-Fi was free and if good quality - fast load speed, even at what was likely peak usage times. TV guide was unable to show program information, but there was a range of channels available.

Overall a great place to stay, excellent location and easy to move around the city... The only issue as noter by other guests are the elevators, be patient since waiting times may be above 15 mins.
