Great location for getting to cultural assets on foot. Outside property is not great, but it was a cold time of year, so people were using the recessed entrance to get out of wind. Access to room was not handled well and it was necessdary to go back down to desk to have a change made.

Be careful that your $50 fee for damage/ incidentals is refunded. Many minutes on the phone trying to rectify that now. Also, room was not ready, so we stashed our luggage and went out and about. When we returned well after check-in time, rooms were not available.

On my second night, new "neighbors" made a huge amount of noise in the hallway between 11:23 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Every time I got up to go to the door to tell them to be quiet, they were in their rooms, then came back into the hall with their party. I reported this later to the property but as yet have received no response or offer.

Restaurant on premises not very friendly. Had breakfast buffet. Everything except the toast and coffee was cold. When it was brought to their attention nothing was done.

Did the trick for our trip. Room was a little cramped for four people, but we mostly just popped in to sleep and head back out. Felt very safe and was in walking distance to a lot.

The views from our room were spectacular! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was efficient and very comfortable. This is a NYC problem...but since marijuana is legal there the stench is almost everywhere in the city.

I Lived that is was close to everything and that the staff was very accommodating. I had no heat in my room the first night and my door could not close properly. They had. I other available rooms, but I did get a new room the next day which I thought was much better until I took a shower and had no hot water and sink draining issues. I hope they get these issues taken care of.

The staff were the best thing about this property. They were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, but the public area out front was concerning (the homeless sleeping on benches out front is one thing, but people selling weed was another). The elevator situation is extremely frustrating. The hotel did not have water when we arrived, and after several hours, given that along with the other issues we were having with the property, we decided to check out and stay elsewhere.

I did not like the fact that this property only had TWO ELEVATORS for over 30 floors. The wait for the elevators was maddening. Also the free breakfast was pretty awful, just awful.
