On my second night, new "neighbors" made a huge amount of noise in the hallway between 11:23 p.m. and 1:30 a.m. Every time I got up to go to the door to tell them to be quiet, they were in their rooms, then came back into the hall with their party. I reported this later to the property but as yet have received no response or offer.

Another great stay
I was able to check in early, front desk was prompt in helping me get checked in. Hotel and room were clean. Only issue was one of the two elevators wasn’t working properly and it took longer to room and then back down. They had it fixed that day and the rest of the stay was enjoyable.

Two elevators with many floors. I was happy to walk down every time excluding check out. Surprisingly good stay. Mattress was perfect. Location was central to all sorts of Time Square silliness.

Friendly & welcoming staff, spacious room for downtown hotel, great location near Broadway/Times Sq/Midtown-Koreatown. Entry area (PUBLIC SPACE) is a bit of a mess, but not private property. Will definitely return to the property.

NY Hotel
Location was good. Bathroom was very nice and updated. I felt the carpeting was worn and maybe not as clean as it could be (dark color). Drapes were a little worn and could use a cleaning. The area right outside the hotel was a gathering space for street people. It definitely felt unwelcoming. The lobby could have also been more comfortable and welcoming. One more thing was that the elevator was very slow. We had to use the stairs a few times.

I really enjoyed this stay. However… The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all! Traveling from out of town that can be a little frustrating. Also, the plug outlets near the bed didn’t work. They’re very loose in all of my plugs kept falling out. I also had the do not disturb sign on my hotel door yet service. Staff continue to knock and wake me up. I was very frustrated by that. The amount of homeless people that sit on the benches outside of the hotel is very uncomfortable. Literally, the hotel benches couldn’t even sit there and smoke. Had to walk a couple blocks away to feel comfortable. 711 right next-door. People will literally hold the door for you and expect you to pay them… Nice people kind of somewhere a little rough around the edges but not suitable for having children around in that type of environment. I wish they had security out there…/They would actually do something to make them go away. There’s so much of the city they can be at. They don’t need to sit right in front of the hotel and the staff do nothing about it… It makes the guest extremely uncomfortable

This hotel was a high rise and as such there was great demand on the lifts (there were two). Sadly, one of which was unavailable for a lot of time and this meant very long waits for lifts (we were on the 21st floor and it was quicker to walk down the stairs). Secondly, the windows (on the 21st floor and assumed on all floors) opened fully without any safety features and I was travelling with my young children which was less than ideal.

Courtyard outside lobby was dirty, wet & very uninviting. Elevator (1of 2) was broken for 1st 24 hrs of our stay. Waited 30 minutes!! Counter tops at desk & below tv were not wiped down. Curtains were filthy & stapled together. Some days the towels were threadbare & fraying.

A lot of unrelated people are sitting on the benches of the building and the entrance is very dirty because of that and I guess that the hotel is fine with that but we wasn’t, I think that a hotel like this should take care of that because that makes me think about coming back
