The staff was amazing. Service excellent. Henry went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. Easy access to Penn Station. Property is clean and secured. A bit expensive for breakfast but it’s NYC.

It’s near Port Authority, so I didn’t expect much. But at a minimum the cleaning staff should properly restock the towels (no hand towels), the coffee cups, the plastic water cups. And there should at least be powdered coffee creamers. These are little things, to be sure, but so basic it seems like negligence and indifference. I won’t stay here again.

Good hotel, clean and nice location. We did have a maid walk in our room without knocking and on our last day another maid knocked to tell us to check out at 11am, which we knew. It’s was 9:15am when she came. Elevators can be a pain in rush hours.

Great location in midtown; very busy area with lots of foot traffic and emergency vehicles. The entrance is a very small public park, so people are sitting out there all times of the day and evening - many loud arguments and very crowded at times. Also interesting at times, too. There are only 2 small elevators - at busy times there can be more than 20 people waiting. We moved to the sixth floor, so I could take the stairs both up and down. No space in the hotel to lounge or wait for others. Great for access to most of Manhattan and I could walk to Central Park with ease.

We were given a room that the curtain was broken and the air conditioning was making noises. They tried to fix it but ended up moving us to another room. The hotel is ok, but the outside felt dirty and unsafe.

We were on the 30th floor. The room was clean and tidy. The lifts were always working, we had to wait no more than 5 mins on 2 dates. Generally not an issue. Outside was a little grubby but never an issue for us. Staff we very helpful
