Terrible Experience - Not Safe or Clean My stay at Hotel Brooklyn 369 was extremely disappointing. The room was filthy, with visible dirt and grime in several areas. The walls were covered in crayon and marker drawings, which made the place feel neglected. To make matters worse, the room was infested with insects, making it incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, as it clearly lacks basic cleanliness and maintenance. It’s not a safe or suitable place to stay, and I sincerely hope management takes action to address these serious

Nope. Never again.
The front desk is nice. The man called me a taxi in the morning to catch a flight. I would not stay here again. I felt very unsafe. I thought I was going to be shot. they have a strange welcome alarm that goes off. Very noisy bare minimum room. DEFINITELY not worth the price. It’s worth like $67 / night I was alone so that definitely did not help matters. Try & book anywhere else.

Had to book a hotel because our flights were cancelled. Chose this hotel for its proximity to JFK. The rooms were in the basement, the courtains and walls were filthy, the sink did not run properly, the furniture was falling apart, the floor was wet from condensation

Never again. Traveled for business but wouldn’t stay here ever again. Room was tiny, window was left wide open (and it rained the day of), roach and flies in bathroom, towels weren’t clean. For the price of the stay it was not worth it. Very unsatisfactory in terms of quality and price. Only nice thing was the private parking in back of hotel.

The was a cockroach behind the television on the wall. Some of the sheets and towels weren't clean. The toilet had a leak at the base. There were gunshots next door one night.
