My daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Hayden NYC Hotel while attending the NYE Encounter at the Metropolitan Pavilion. The location was perfect, just 10 blocks away, making it an easy and enjoyable walk through the beautiful Flower District, surrounded by gorgeous flowers, trees, and plants. The hotel provided great complimentary amenities, including a continental breakfast, bottled water, a well-equipped gym, and a lovely lobby. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, always ensuring we had what we needed. They even opened the doors for us upon entry and exit, adding a touch of hospitality that made us feel truly welcomed. Our room was comfortable, featuring great beds, refreshing showers, and windows that opened slightly, allowing us to enjoy the energy of NYC. Parking was stress-free thanks to validated parking at Icon Parking just a block away. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and we appreciated receiving our receipt via email right after our stay. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were always readily available, adding to the comfort of our visit. Overall, Hayden NYC was a fantastic choice for a weekend stay, offering convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Would definitely return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

Do not join two double beds and claim its a proper queen size bed. It was bad in our back, you could hear the spring crackle at every move. And worse, it dips in the middle and on the sides. Did not get a good night sleep.

A great find in NYC !

Great location in the Flower District, and within a 4 minute walk to 2 subway lines, about 10 minutes to Empire State building, and 20 minutes to Times Square. The room was very comfortable and spacious (which is not typical for NYC!). The staff was very helpful and quick with requests (replacement of hair dryer, unlocking the safe). Continental breakfast is provided with fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt, coffee and tea. A gluten-free option would have been nice, but otherwise everything was fresh. I would come back to stay here for price to quality ratio. A great find!

Heating in my room did not work, it was freezing cold in my room. Front desk gave me the runaround until finally moving me to a different room. Lots of street noise in the rooms to the street, or noise from the elevator in the back. Pick your poison. Mattresses are covered in a thick plastic wrap ( you wonder why this is necessary???), covered by only a thin bedsheet. Doesn’t feel good, you can hear the plastic crackle whenever you move.
