For the price we paid, this property is a bit too bareboned. Also, some days the water in the bathroom was not hot enough, especially at night.

Huge Room, great location
Largest room we’ve gotten in midtown Manhattan and at a great price. One block from Times Square. Short walk to Rockefeller Center. Super convenient, very friendly staff, this is one we will book again!

The first room that they put us in hadn't been cleaned - the bed wasn't made, there were towels on the floor, and a bag of trash in the room. We went back down and they quickly put us in another room which seemed fine until we went to shower that night when we returned. The shower would only work with the water in the cold position. If you moved it to hot, it wouldn't come out of the shower head - just the faucet. At this point it was too late in the evening to do anything about it, so one of us took a cold shower and the other chose to just wash their face. Very nice location and easy to walk to things, but I likely won't risk it again at this hotel. We were only there for one night, so we really didn't have time to deal with these kinds of issues.

The hotel seemed much better in photos than it was in person. It was fine, served the need for an affordable hotel in midtown. The size was decent for a NY hotel room. The cleanliness could have been better - wasn’t bad but wasn’t great. Won’t choose it again.
