Construction in the lobby and only one functioning elevator hampered an otherwise nice stay. Elevator would occasionally take over 10 minutes to arrive and seemed to be heavily used by staff.

Hotel is undergoing renovation. One elevator is operational. Need to change in-room HVAC filters. Noise from neighboring doors closing is loud. No in-room coffee or tea. Mattress not great.

Wished there was a better privacy window for the shower that had a view. Refrigerator would have been amazing to have in the room, there was no iron in the room as well. Missing tiles and certain walls had unfinished boarding, balcony did not lock

nice property- does need renovation but still holding on. rooms are spacious and have excellent view from the giant windows. property doesn't have in room dining- Front desk staff is excellent!

I called and told them it was my anniversary I got to the room they had the balcony doors bolted shut no access… I called to find out why they told me that they can give me a upgraded room for a $70 charge to guarantee a door that opens because they’re doing renovations… the rooftop is now only for private parties which was not mentioned
