Room was nothing like the pictures on the website. Toliet was clogged 3 of 5 days we were there. Tv remote didn’t work. There were no amenities such as fridge, ice machine, minimal plugs, water took forever to heat up. Room was extremely small for two queen beds.

Great location, very affordable. We never heard our neighbors. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great food recommendations. Would definitely stay here again. It's a budget hotel and fit our needs for our stay in the city.

The TV did not work; the phone was out. The room was hot and the air conditioner did not cool it; it was incredibly dark, with grim windows to a tiny inner court; there was no desk to work at; the bed was okay. No refrid. but the safe was working. The closet was tiny. And it was a Manhattan overpriced and crummy experience. Note that the pictures make the place look like an elegant place to stay. The staff was helpful and kindly. And the location was fine for those who want the Times Square traffic and noise until 3AM. There is a convenience store and a decent restaurant nearby. And I spent $900 on a weekend stay...

Everything was clean sheets soft. Beds were hard but still got a good nights sleep. Ac was good. Room quiet. Modern bathroom. Traveling with my senior mom she liked the bars and fold down seat in shower. Would have been nice to have a bellman but understand most modern travelers manage their own. We were pre cruise and had more luggage than usual. As I said my mom is a senior and wasn’t able to help.

An affordable gem so close to all the attractions. We enjoyed our stay in this charming hotel. We were able to walk to all the main Manhattan destinations. Charming!

The location was excellent, just a minute walk to time square. The Hotel was no the best. The bed was very uncomfortable and creaked every time you moved. The air conditioner was connected with an extension cord stretched across the wall, it was very loud and when it cut in it was like it was like a freight train. The toilet ran constant. There was no fridge in the room and no ice machine or vending machine in the building. No bar or restaurant in the building. It was given a 4 star rating not even close.

This hotel is perfectly situated just a few minutes from Time Square. It is extremely clean and the staff are so lovely. The price for a stay is phenomenal. If you book this you must accept that the hotel is very old and basic. It is also fairly noisy at night due to the location so suggest ear plugs but, if you accept the simplicity and use it as a base (rather than somewhere to lounge for the day) it is perfect for a short stay.
