Shower and Sink got Hot Water but the Bath Tub did not. The TV was a disaster, ROKU no good. Request early service to clean our room on Saturday,. didn't get service until after 3pm. We had to go back out to allow the room to be serviced. Just wanted to rest before our flight the next morning which was a 7am. and we had to be up three hours earlier. Other then that. It was a nice Hotel.

This hotel is clean and conveniently located. The rooms need better lighting and outlets accessible to the bed or a power strip that can reach. I always took the stairs because there may have only been one elevator. The air freshener smell permeated throughout. There was a refrigerator in my room which was nice.

The room is not clean. I can see dust and hair around the room, and I also spotted a spider. The bathroom door does not fully close. There is no coffee or tea provided. This is an old hotel, and I will look for another place to stay next time.

Front desk personnel barely spoke English, which made it difficult to understand why we were being charged an additional $50. Be aware they charge per person, NOT per room. Bugs (we suspect baby beetles) were found on the bed when we were leaving. Would not stay here ever again.

Fantastic location and attention by all the front staff! They do not offer breakfast but give you a $10 voucher for a boulangerie next door that is absolutely delicious. I arrive a bit early and they kept my luggage while the room was getting ready. Good size room with a confy bed and big bathroom. I had to try different plugs to find one working and had to change the TV socket to get it to turn on. The bathroom had a bit of smell to humidity (I think coming from the bath curtain) and the window could have been a bit more clean. Overall very satisfied, I would come back.
