They have a policy of only AC during summer and only heating during winter. Even if you feel the room is very hot during winter, you cannot do anything about it. Other than this, we liked everything about this hotel.

Beautiful room. One day I hope to stay in a hotel that caters for Gluten free, vegans. Yet to find somewhere. Fruit alone is not sustainable. Sadly someone left the alarm on for 1:09am which woke me both nights. Also outside building noises like construction work. Would definitely stay in a Hyatt again.
