The hotel had a restaurant/bar on the top floor. Took my family member to get a drink and some appetizers. The young waiter who delivered the food and drinks when asked for the bill just came back and verbally said what the total was which was inflated according to the menu and when I gave him cash he shorted my change by a few more dollars. I still left a tip but felt taken advantage of by being a “tourist “ etc. I didn’t have time or energy after a long trip from Europe to get to NYC to make a big deal of it or complain to the hotel but just thought I’d share…

On October 28 about 4 pm, at the hotel, I checked in and was assigned to Room 701, but my wife felt that the room smelled too smokey, so she asked to change rooms, and then we were moved to Room 406, but when I left Room 701, I forgot to take my dark blue windbreaker, it my favorite coat, the logo is Duban, I bought it more than $1000. I found that my windbreaker was missing on the evening of the 29th, so I went to ask the front desk, but she said it was too late and will ask the cleaner to check it the next day. I went to front desk again the next morning, and the supervisor and the cleaner went in room to check, but the windbreaker was gone. So I lost a windbreaker in this hotel, and it is my responsibility. I am a little sad about this.

A more frequent airport van more than once an hour would be great. I missed the one when my plane arrived and waited over an hour and never got the van. I ended up ubering. The morning ride was great but had to wait until the hour to head out. Maybe one that leaves every half hour would keep people from waiting so long.
