A customer service! Everyone who works here truly cares that you are enjoying your stay. Our room was very comfortable and clean. Beds slept great. We had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was great - clean, nice. The breakfasts were amazing. The elevator was HORRIBLE. We would sometimes wait 10--20 minutes and then give up and walk down 19 flights of stairs!

The elevators took over 20 minutes. One wasn't working. Ended walking down from floor 23. The bathroom was too small, toilet paper right next to toilet. Had to lean to the side to get toilet paper off the roll. We had a bed with an additional.pull out. There was no place to open your luggage, without them having to crawl over the bed to move around.

Great place, well located and clean.
After reading a lot of reviews I was a bit skeptical about booking this place. However, don’t let reviews discourage you. Each person has a different experience but mine was good. The room was spacious for New York, the breakfast was great (again, it’s New York and most hotels don’t even offer breakfast), the staff was amazing and the place was clean. The only thing I’ll say is that the elevators really do take a really long time, we found ourselves using the stairs a lot, but off course if you are super high up it’ll be hard to do that. Overall, great hotel and super well located for sight seeing.

Love the location, the rooms, and the employees! Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Yes, the elevators can take a little extra time during peak hours, but it’s manageable. I had several instances where the elevators were really fast in the middle of the day.
