Aside from all esle. I received a call at 130am to ask where I was. As if I missed curfew. Embarrassing and certainly my first and last with any JG hotel.

Area is a little rough after dark on weekends. Beds were super comfortable! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they only have a 2-in -1 variety that is not good. They don’t have was clothes either but a disposable bath sponge which is weird. Coffee in lobby is good but I never saw any of the free snacks mentioned.

Good hotel for a trip to NYC if you just need a place to sleep. Clean, safe and friendly staff. Small rooms and no real amenities at the hotel.

Great location in the heart of Soho/Noho. Easy access to multiple subway lines. The rooms are small but spotless. Polite and helpful staff! We had a great stay.

The location is good walkable to where I needed to go . The staff at check inn was friendly , but when we checked out the next morning not so much, there was a roach crawling on our bed I took pictures and took them to the front desk . Which he just said sorry the room does get cleaned.and that he couldn’t do anything about it. Horrible answer . I

Great service from Min Front Desk
The hotel is in a perfect location to SoHo shopping, dining and little only - china town steps away. Front Desk Min was so helpful we left our passports in safe and realized it about 4 hrs from NY. He supported us every step of the way!

It was a comfortable stay, since we were in the room just to sleep, so it was perfect. It was four of us and two full beds. If we would of hung out in the room, it was too crowded. The room was too small to hang out there. But you're going to be out and about & just go to the hitel te sleep, yhen its great. The customer service was excellent.

Not a good hotel for a family
The service is below the minimum offered by most all categories of hotels. The room service is an extra charge of $20 per request. The noise coming from outside is awful. Holding the bags is $5 per bag. We will not return to this hotel.

Hotel? You mean hostel
Cheap hotel on a busy street at 5 am. The hotel is on Lafayette but at the corner of Canal. Loud delivery trucks start at 5 am. The hotel was more like a hostel than a hotel. The bed was pushed up against the wall on one side and there was less than a foot at the end of the bed to pass through. The room was tiny! Also, the price was listed at $197 but it really costs $267 for the shoebox once the fees were tacked on.

While this was a smaller hotel and the room was quite quaint I was pleasantly surprised, it was spotless, the staff was great and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. No one comes to NYC to stay in a hotel room so this was perfect for me for the few days I was here!

Small, but clean rooms. Convenient subway access, but otherwise located on a barren, noisy corner at the intersection of the SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy neighborhoods.
